By default, you see the theme for your country; for example, if you re in the U.S., you see the United States theme. But there are also themes included for Australia, Canada, Great Britain, and South Africa, if you know where to look for them which you now do, by following these instructions:
1. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the c:\Windows\winsxs\ folder.
2. Enter *.theme into the search field, and then click Enter.
3. You should now see a list of files; included in this list are files named AU (Australia), CA (Canada), GB (Great Britain), US (United States), and ZA (Australia). Double-click the theme file you want to install.
As before, the theme you click will be immediately applied and thereafter appear in the Personalization window.
